Your Parent Portal Guide
Everything you need to get into your portal and use it with confidence — from the moment you enrol your child to joining live classes and messaging their teacher.
Your account is created when you enrol
After you complete the Admissions form and your child's place is confirmed, we create a parent account linked to the email address you used on the admissions form. This is how the portal connects you to your child's class, timetable and reports — so always use that same email.
You'll receive an invitation email from the school. Open it and follow the link to set your password.
No invite email? You can also create your own account yourself — see Step 2.
Create your account (if you didn't get an invite)
If you didn't receive an invitation, you can sign up yourself in under a minute:
- Tap Log in at the top right of the website, then tap "Create one".
- Enter the same email you used on the admissions form and choose a password.
- We'll email you a 6-digit code. Type it in and tap Verify.
- Your account is ready — you'll be taken straight to your portal.
You can also tap Continue with Google if that's how you'd like to sign in.
Logging in each day
On any page, tap Log in (top right). Enter your email and password — or Continue with Google — and you'll be taken automatically to your Parent Portal.
Forgotten your password? Tap "Forgot password?" on the login page and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
Inside your Parent Portal
Your portal is organised into simple tabs across the top. Here's what each one is for.

Gallery
Photos of school life and children's work (no faces, per our policy).
Community
The parent forum. New topics are checked by the school before they appear.
Message Teacher
Send a message to your child's teacher. Every message is read by the school first, for everyone's safety.
Leave a Nice Message
Send a quick note of appreciation to a teacher.
Joining live classes — the learning portal
The big "Go to learning portal" button on your Dashboard opens our live-class platform, where all Zoom lessons take place.
It opens the learning portal login page. Sign in there using the details the school has set up for your child, then join the live lesson from the class link.
Open the learning portalWhat the little badges mean
We use coloured badges on the tabs so you never miss anything new.
- 3Pink badge on Notice Board — new announcements from the school. Opening the Notice Board clears it.
- 2Teal badge on Notice Board — new revision work, coursework/materials, or a message from your child's teacher.
- 1Teal badge on Student of the Week — a new certificate has been awarded to your child.
Messaging your child's teacher
Open the Message Teacher tab, pick the teacher, write your message and send. For everyone's safety, every message is checked by the school admin before it's delivered — this applies to replies too. Approved messages appear in your conversation thread there.
Want to just say thank you? The Leave a Nice Message tab lets you send a quick note of appreciation to any teacher.
Troubleshooting & tips
- Can't see your child's timetable or reports? Make sure you registered with the same email you used on the admissions form — that's what links you to your child.
- Didn't get an invite email? Check your spam/junk folder, or create your own account with that same email (Step 2).
- Locked out or forgotten your password? Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.
- Teaching staff can't set your password for you — use the Forgot password flow if a link ever doesn't work.
- Messages take a little while to appear because the school checks each one before it's delivered.
