Age-appropriate groups
Children will be separated into age-appropriate groups. Although they may all be at A1 Beginner level, they won't all be taught together in the same way — teaching methods, vocabulary, activities and expectations will suit each age group.

Thinking about moving your child onto the British curriculum?
Conversational English alone may not be enough for a child to comfortably learn subjects such as Maths, English and Science when those subjects are taught through English. This programme therefore develops both everyday English and the classroom and academic English children need for learning.
Children will gradually learn to understand classroom instructions and words such as:
They'll also be introduced to age-appropriate vocabulary commonly encountered in English, Maths and Science, helping them become more comfortable learning through English.
This programme does not teach the British National Curriculum. It builds the English-language foundations that can help prepare children to access British-curriculum learning confidently.
What will my child learn?
Nine focused areas, all taught through age-appropriate, hands-on lessons.
Speaking & Conversation
Building confidence speaking English — answering questions, forming sentences, expressing ideas and communicating with teachers and other students.
Listening & Understanding
Following instructions, understanding questions and developing listening comprehension.
Phonics & Pronunciation
Learning English sounds, pronunciation, blending and early reading skills where appropriate for the child's age.
Reading
Progressing from vocabulary and simple sentences towards increasingly age-appropriate English texts.
Writing
Beginning with letters and words for younger learners and progressing towards sentences, descriptions and short pieces of writing.
Grammar
Age-appropriate teaching of sentence structure, nouns, verbs, pronouns, plurals, tenses, punctuation and other essential English grammar.
Vocabulary
Building everyday English alongside school and curriculum-related vocabulary.
Classroom English
Understanding the language used by teachers — following instructions, asking for help, explaining an answer and joining discussions.
Curriculum Vocabulary
Gradually introducing useful English terminology associated with subjects such as Maths and Science.

Although the programme is delivered online, children won't simply sit watching a screen for two hours. Lessons include hands-on, practical activities using simple resources families can access at home — real objects, pencils and paper, matching and sorting activities, movement, practical vocabulary exercises and interactive speaking tasks.
The screen is primarily there to let the teacher and students see, hear and interact with each other. Wherever possible, children will be actively doing rather than passively watching.
Islam, naturally integrated
Islam is naturally woven throughout the programme. Children can practise English through wholesome, meaningful examples relevant to their lives as Muslims.
Islamic manners, good character, gratitude to Allah and appropriate Islamic vocabulary can naturally be incorporated into lessons — without turning every English lesson into an Islamic Studies lesson.
Live classes + recordings
These are live, teacher-led classes — not pre-recorded. Children interact with their teacher, answer questions, practise speaking and receive guidance during class. Classes are also recorded, so families can revisit the learning.

Your child is taught by a qualified teacher who guides, encourages and supports them throughout every session.
Secure your child's space
Today's payment: £25 deposit + £3 fee = £28 per child. The £3 payment fee applies every month of the 6-month course, in shaa Allah.

The programme is planned to begin at the start of October, in shaa Allah — but classes will only go ahead once the minimum number of students required has been reached. Secure your child's space and spread the word to other families who could benefit.
If we don't reach the minimum number of students and the programme cannot go ahead, your initial £25 payment will be refunded in full, in shaa Allah.
